About Us
We started as a dedicated team of lawyers with hands-on experience working with both multinational organisations to apply the tax rules and HMRC to develop the associated government guidance.
As the rules developed and larger businesses were faced with a greater compliance burden, we partnered with industry leaders to design and build the IR35 Manager from a customer perspective.
Today, our team combines experienced tax practitioners and innovative software developers to produce a platform and package of services that amalgamates our technical expertise with industry knowledge.
